NOT Guilty

We hired Mr. Tosto as our criminal defense attorney in an automobile accident case against our loved one. He was accessible, hardworking, highly responsive, and devoted to our case. We met with him often, he heard our concerns and input, and never made us feel like less than a top priority. His dilig...ence ultimately led to the NOT GUILTY verdict that was deserved. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

First off I can not express enough how much I truly appreciate and recommend Attorney John Tosto. John is able to quickly assess his clients needs and goes out of his way to meet them. I was impressed right from the start when he extended his cell number should I need to contact him outside busi...ness hours. He was always supportive from meeting with us multiple times on Saturday’s or a quick text message on the latest update. Case resolution

DUI case was resolved by John and reduced to lesser charges .John was very persistent and reassuring in helping to reduce my stress and anxiety in dealing with a case that took over a year to resolve.

Disorderly Conduct (Neighbor Dispute)

John Tosto came highly recommended to me to hire him to represent me in a neighbor dispute. I contacted him and was able to schedule a consultation very quick. I retained him and as fast as I hired him was as fast as Mr. Tosto had the dispute dismissed in my favor. He is very easy to talk to, profess...ional, confident and educated. I highly recommend him.
