About Rex
Biography
My practice has been limited to representing injured persons and consumers in the State of Michigan since 1991. I've been defending my clients from Insurance companies and large Corporations for the past 30 years. During that 30 years I have been an active member of the Michigan Association of Justice whose goal is to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in Michigan’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests. Additionally, I have been a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates joining NACA's efforts to promote a fair and open marketplace that protects the rights of consumers, particularly those of modest means.
We use a full array of available personal injury laws and consumer protection statutes to the advantage of our clients which has enabled us to recover millions of dollars for our clients who have been victimized by Insurance companies and other corporate bullies.
We are networked with attorneys across the nation who have similar goals to our own. By sharing resources and working together through electronic list serves we have greatly enhanced the quality of our legal representation to our clients who have many different needs.

Very good trial lawyer
Very good trial lawyer. Well prepared for court. He has been taking care of all my legal troubles for many years. In one case the jury came back in my favor after only 15 minutes of deliberation. If we need legal help, then Rex is our go-to lawyer.
