Over this whole process of Adam and his team representing my wife and I, was pleasant to say the least. The overall communication was A+, I was updated on every step of the process. Everything start to finish was simple. All my questions and concerns were answered immediately. Felt a huge relief after talking with them about the frustrations I had with the car. This law office is a joke!! They stalled on my case and they kept saying they had no answers when I would call asking for updates and then it took almost five months for them to tell me that ford was not willing to make an offer on my vehicle because of the current repair history ……. Why do you think... we hired your office in the first place? Because of the current repair history. They are a complete Joke! They screwed up somewhere and did not send in the paperwork on time. They are supposed to be representing me and yet they let fords say they were unwilling to take responsibility for the problems they caused by not repairing it the first few times I brought it in. Candice was incompetent and did not know what she was talking about and she should not be dealing with the potential clients. She does not know what she is talking about half of the time. Mr. Handy never returned phone calls and was never around to answer questions. I don’t know how he stays in business. Don’t go here because he does not know what he’s doing either. I question where he got a law degree from. The best advice is to Scroll past Handy Law because it’s a horrible place !
