Over this whole process of Adam and his team representing my wife and I, was pleasant to say the least. The overall communication was A+, I was updated on every step of the process. I signed up for some info online about my Silverado. Mr handy contacted me and said he would represent me. He told me he filed paperwork with GM and that it would take around 30 to 60 days to get a response. Which I was cool with months go by I kept checking in with him and got the same answer “GM is... taking a long time”. After about six months I get a call from some strange woman on a Sunday at like 5pm say GM refused you suit and that’s was it. When I tried to ask her questions she said mr. handy will be sending me something in the mail. It’s been two weeks and I have received nothing. I have wrote a few emails and tried calling but no response. He got my hopes up and then nothing. Don’t waste your time.

I had continued issue with a Chrysler and keep getting the run around from the service dept. They even try to tell me I had to pay for repair on a 6-months old lease car that was in the repair shop more than in my use. I was refer to this attorney Adam handy and he took my case and they had buy back... the lease and on top compensate me and I didn’t had to pay out of pocket nothing. I highly recommend him.
