Biography
I have had the opportunity to represent clients in all areas of immigration but have found my passion in family and employment-based immigration with a specialization in healthcare-related immigration matters. In my practice, I have assisted clients in a variety of settings: from straight forward filings to overcoming difficult odds and erroneous USCIS decisions to obtain both immigrant and non-immigrant status in the United States.
Immigration brings together families and communities and creates business opportunities which helps the federal, state and local economies. Immigration helps diversify our country from the biggest cities to the smallest village. It is an area of law that comes up in nearly every other type of law, but few attorneys specialize in immigration due to its complexity. I enjoy getting to know my clients and their immigration journeys. I find a sense of accomplishment with each case that I work on because I understand the life altering results each case entails. Collaboration between attorney and client is the key a positive case determination. I believe that all clients need to be educated in the process in order to effectively participate and achieve the best results possible. Practicing immigration law is a privilege.
