I went to Mr. McMichael for my tax returns 3 years in a row. Aside from the high price, I did not receive the homestead credit all 3 years. The following year I went to another tax preparer and received the homestead credit. I questioned them on it, and they said no you are entitled to the homestea...d. They filed amendments on the previous three years returns and I was credited with a little over $1,000. I don't understand why this happened but was disappointed in Mr. McMichael's services.

I had Mr. McMichael prepare my taxes and was thoroughly impressed with the work flow he had and his finished product and his professionalism. I also had him help me with a response that was required by the IRS, something I never had to do in the past, he advised me appropriately and handled it quick...ly to everyone's satisfaction. What a relief! I went to see him this time but he does not seem opposed to come to my house if needed. He also did my mother-in-laws taxes. He is very detailed oriented and conscientious about privacy. Absolutely the Best!!
