James Andrew Merriman

Andrew Merriman hands down is the best lawyer I've ever dealt with. After my brother died in Jan. of 2001 without a will I contacted several lawyers regarding his estate and decided to hire Andrew. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had a lot going on at this time (I had another brother ...pass a few months later and parents in their 90's to take care of. Not to mention I live out of state) and I found Andrew to be patient and understanding during this difficult time. I also, found him to be fair, balanced, very professional in addition to being reasonably priced. I recommend Andrew without hesitation and am very happy with the services he provided.

In my opinion Andrew Merriman was the perfect representation I could have had during a time of crisis. Not only did he handle my custody case with great detail and care he was also able to guide and help me emotionally as a very young man going through one of the most difficult times in my life. Andrew Merriman saved my house from being foreclosed on. I didn't pay the mortgage for 17 months. Don't ask me how he did it. Spectacular job. In fact, I have used him for multiple legal issues and he always does a spectacular job, evictions, divorce, all handled, all wins from him for me.
