Great Counsel and thorough

I have known Merriman for almost 15 years. In this time I have been able to utilize his knowledge and expertise for a range of needs when it comes to needing to understand the law and how it applies. Most recently he helped me write a business contract to help protect my assets, but also clearly lay ...out expectations so both my clients and I are taken care of. I plan to use him in the future for any needs that may arise. I would recommend Merriman to anyone who wants a fair, honest, and diligent lawyer working for them and getting the best outcome.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
