You Are In Good Hands with Mark

I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to help me through one of the worst periods of my life. Mark always made it clear to me that I could contact him at ANY time that I needed him. He answered a few phone calls with me sobbing and took on that role as friend consoling another friend. He walked m...e through every hoop that I had to jump through, I was never caught off guard with anything. Mark is on your side and he will get you the best possible outcome on your case. It's not going to be easy but if you follow his advice, you can be rest assured it's the best that any lawyer could do for you.

Franchise Termination

By mutual consent, a national franchisor and I terminated our contract. Subsequently, they sued me for 4 times what I actually owed them plus added interest. Mark was able to settle that case for only what I actually owed them. Additionally he obtained an agreement that the case was closed and that ...no future action could be taken against me. Best of all Mark handled everything while being available whenever I had questions or concerns. It was a great relief knowing that my case was in his care.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
