Finally got my license back

I'm a 37 year old wife and mother who lost her drivers license in my 20's. My drivers license has been revoked since 2006 due to 3 DUI's which resulted in a felony. Since then I've moved back to my home state. I attempted to get my drivers license back twice on my own with no attorney, needless to ...say I was unsuccessful. When I was eligible again to go before the licensing board I started calling around for an attorney. I called about 20 attorneys and choose Mark LeBlanc because not only was he the most knowledgeable of a drivers license restoration process but he had the best retainer fee. From our first conversation on the phone I know he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about compared to the other attorneys I had spoken too. I live out of state and Mr. LaBlanc prepared me for my hearing date over the phone . He always responded to my text messages and answered all my questions. He did a payment plan with me and started my case with a small deposit down. I kept telling my husband I picked a great attorney. He never made me feel like he just wanted money. Mark worked hard on my behave like he really cared. The entire process from start to finish took 6 months and he walked me through the entire process step by step. I went to court Tuesday and thanks to Mark LeBlanc I was granted my appeal. He was just as excited about my victory in court as I was. After 13 years I now have a valid drivers license. Mr. LeBlanc is the best attorney for the job. If you had your drivers license revoked Mark LeBlanc will win your case.

It was a pleasure representing you Vera. I got to know you very well during our many "preparation" discussions. Your upbeat attitude and energy were always a positive contribution to my day. All that preparation paid off because you were an absolute superstar at the time of your hearing. Congrats on your new Ohio license!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
