I retained Mr. Leblanc around May 2021. I had received a denial letter from Secretary of State Hearing Dept regarding driving with a revoked- restricted Driver License with interlock device-alcohol. My 3rd OWI offense 2017. The odds weren’t in my favor, however Mark assured me that there may be a... possibility that the Circuit Court Judge may deny me. So I insisted that I had a chance to at least try! Soooo, 6 months later, early October 2021, $2k+ I was approved by the Michigan Attorney General for another Restricted Driver License with interlock system for 1 year. I know have a interlock system installed, and my official picture Driver License Received today and I’m very happy and most importantly thankful for the assistance from my Lawyer Mr. Leblanc! Attorney Lablanc will tell you upfront of how your case may go! He is acknowledgeable of the court system. Retainer fee was worth every penny.

Mark is not only professional but he’s very knowledgeable and explains things how you can understand them. He was always on the ball with everything in my case. I haven't had a license in years due to three dui's. Mark was the third lawyer I hired to restore my license in a 20 year span. Mark helped me get my license back after a couple failed attempts. He never had a problem answering my calls or texts meeting with me counseling me and following up with ev...erything he said he would. We went to see the licensing board twice. First time i received driving privlidges with an interlock device. One year later we went back and i received my full driving privlidges. Not only did he do that but he helped clear a mess up that my previous lawyer created for me. My previous lawyer filled a motion that got my license revoked an additional five years and due to him not following up the courts mixed a part of my case up with a very bad case a sex offenders case. Not only that my previous laweyer took money in advance and never did the work and stopped answering my calls so basicly stoled from me. Unbelievable before i meet Mark i had lost all faith in lawyers. My first meeting with Mark he went through my paperwork and counseled me on the laws free of charge he didn't accept my money at that time he actually refused my offering untill he investigated a little more and was sure he could help me. We talked on the phone a few days later set up a meeting and from there moved forward. And moved forward we did Mark cleared my record up and help me restore my license oh and wow he even got my driving responsibility fees back a thousand bucks. More money i paid unnecessary due to the previous lawyer's mess up. Mark is amazing he restored my faith in lawyers again and got me my driving privlidges back plus all the extras he did.
