I contacted a few lawyers and some agreed to work for a set price. However when I contacted Mark, he went the extra mile to help me with my case that I considered bogus from the beginning. By mutual consent, a national franchisor and I terminated our contract. Subsequently, they sued me for 4 times what I actually owed them plus added interest. Mark was able to settle that case for only what I actually owed them. Additionally he obtained an agreement that the case was closed and that ...no future action could be taken against me. Best of all Mark handled everything while being available whenever I had questions or concerns. It was a great relief knowing that my case was in his care.
