My friend at work was going through a divorce and recommended Tim as a solid attorney he had met through church. The first day I met with Tim I knew I wanted him to represent me because the first thing he asked me was how my kids(10 and 11) at the time were doing, how they would handle everything an...d what I felt was the most important thing in my kids lives to make sure they were whole.....he said first and foremost he would do what he and the court felt was right for my kids. Tim was able to use to use his skills and expertise in dealing with the divorce and the emotion and turn it into a family decision and one that has paid dividends with 50 percent custody. He helped structure a decision that was good for everyone involved and created an environment for my children and I to move on and grow as a broken family. Even though we were broken, you would never know it by talking with my children and those close to my ex and I. In the years that followed, Tim was there to point me in the right direction into my kids high school years. Whenever I came to Tim and asked his advice, he always put me back on point and asked me what is the best solution for me AND my kids. For that, I am forever thankful.

I came to Tim with a Child Custody case and after only a short period of time started to see positive results. I felt completely comfortable and confident with how he could help my case. I hired him for my divorce(which wasn't a very difficult one) He kept trying to push me too fight for more and stated that my husband is trying to intimate me( which wasn't true). He told me I wasn't letting him do his job and said he wasn't going to represent me. I told him, "no problem" go ahead an...d send my future ex husbands lawyer a letter stating that you will not be representing anymore. He actually started yelling at me about how he just had neck surgery and wasn't in the mood for this. Do your job, Tim Ash! When a client says she is in agreement with the proposal. Then that is that! You do not argue with someone who is paying you! I feel he was trying to fight for more, because it would make him more money as well.
