Biography
Divorce is cripply our society. After representing people through the divorce process for close to three decades I have discovered that there is a right way and a wrong way to proceed. It stars with your attitude and a desire for peace as opposed to strife. I have discovered how love, forgiveness and integrity can greatly influence your outcome. Our court system and yes, even the attorneys, approach the divorce process as a win/lose proposition. Of course, everyone wants to win, but that means there needs to be someone who loses. The problem with that approach is you will still need to bury the hatchet at the end of the divorce. And while you’re burying your hatchet you’ll need to try and bury all your emotions and let all the pain go as well. Believe me, without help, that’s a tall order to fill.
Your decision-making should occur at the right time, after you cool off and can be forgiving; then you can emotionally make a well-thought-out decision. Have an inner circle of people you trust to go to about your decision-making, not your problems. Your friends should not be recruited because they will take your side. Those friends in all likelihood are using you for their benefit. In my old way of being, I thought more of myself and what I wanted out of the client relationship. This would naturally put me into a position of needing my client to win—my client must win, the spouse must lose, for me to feel important. This naturally resulted in me assuming the emotions of my clients. Utilizing love, forgiveness, and integrity created a new way of being for me which has resulted in joy, peace and happiness.

Children suffered greatly
I hired this attorney years ago and did not win my family law case. I am currently still tied up in this family law matter and the children involved ended up with severe psychiatric problems. Hire an attorney who has your children's best interest at heart and that is willing to fight hard.

pathetic lawyer

She and her spouse reconciled and he wanted the fees reimbursed, When I refused as the case had gone on over a year, there was a grievance filed. There were extreme circumstances as to my actions to befriend this client. Since this incident, my attorney client relationships are kept on a professional level and I no longer get personally involved.”
