My car accident happened in 2012. I was not healing like the doctors said I would and was having a horrible trying to get into therapy. Hired Sam Bernstein then I got into therapy that I needed and the case finally settled 2016. Oh I hired them 2014. I think. Anyway I thought they were pretty go...od.

Hired them in Oct, 2012. An offer was made in Aug, 2014. We told them to accept. Heard nothing for a couple of months. Then we learned the offer had been rejected. We fired them. In Feb, 2015 we were supposed to meet with the judge & defense attorney. A representative from Bernstein showed up & was ...allowed to meet with the defense & judge without us, even though they had been fired 3 myths earlier! The judge was rude & arrogant. We were able to hire another attorney. Sadly a new attorney has to split the fee with the old attorney. This firm does not care about the client; only lining their own greedy pockets. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM! GREEDY, MONEY HUNGRY!!

After a bad car accident investigators came and met with my son and I. A through investigation was complete with in a week. We received our first check around 6mos later. Bad reviews are usually because the outcome isn't what was expected. I know many people who went to law offices how ran them aroun...d for years. I know people waiting for car reimbursement from other lawyers. I'm glad I went to Sam's.

Marty came to my home and was very patient as well as he...lpfull in answering my questions and explaining documents I was signing I appreciate the team as a whole for getting right on my case from the moment I called they have kept in touch on the steps that are being taken and the progress of the case thus far I feel as if my case truly matters to them.as much as my self. My first experience with the company and/or needing an attorney and im very pleased with the service provided
