My son has a chronic auto immune condition that has been treated for several years successfully with a specialized treatment. Let me start by saying I have known Mr. Komoron for several years and in all the years I have known him he has always been at the forefront of the battle for justice. Attorneys sometimes get a bad reputation simply for not working for free. Well who does? Attorney's have the right to feed and care fo...r their families the same as the rest of us. I see some people quoting exerts of the law and telling people to defend themselves but I am reminded of another old quote :  “He who represents himself has a fool for a client”. That's Abraham Lincoln who was also an attorney. We I can attest to the fact that when we were robed at gun point by law enforcement Mr Komoron was there to help. And after they robbed us we did not even have enough money to buy my insulin or food for our family. Even worse when a vindictive prosecutor with a very sorted past filed charges against us it looked very bleak, but Mr. Komoron called and assured us everything would be ok. And that was important. I seen several cases where the victim ran out of money or for what ever reason tried to defend themselves with a very poor outcome. So for almost 3 years these parasites tortured our family and Mr. Komorn never once faltered. At some points it seemed as if he was the only person standing between us and what appeared to be a large organized crime organization hell bent on killing us off. Money well spent I would say. I should mention that we were still unable to even cover the cost of his gas to come defend us, none the less he would get up before dawn and make the long hazardous trip on his on dime just to defend us. I have never known anyone in any field to to something like this. And not once did he ever ask when we were going to pay, he was always planning ways to defend the next attack. He did his research and was prepared every time. I remember once getting a message from him and thinking to myself what all he must be giving up just to help us. Family time comes to mind first, sleep, there must be a ton energy diverted to this cause. I like quotes so her is another: “You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those who can do nothing for him.” I also believe you sometimes get what you pay for. Mr. Komorn and Komorn Law are a big bang for the buck. At one point he had out maneuvered them so bad that the judge sunk to a new low by saying “we do things differently up north”. Well that's a true statement considering they tried to make up the law as they went. However Mr. Komorn knows the law front and back and after years of dealing with parasites he knows exactly what to expect form them. His staff is top notch and friendly. Every time we spoke to anyone for his office we felt like they really cared as to what was going on. And Mr. Komorn never once advised us to “take a plea”. As I seen several others tell their clients to do. It will be easier they say....Well Mr. Komorn believes in standing up for whats right. He always said we can fights this and we can win. And we did. He even had the prosecutor begging him not to sue them. Our family will forever be in debt to Mr. Komorn even after the monetary value is paid.

I have known Michael for years and have been acquainted with him as a fellow activist playing major roles in the Michigan marijuana scene. The common thread we have is humanitarian in nature and shares the philosophy of how information has the power to influence and change lives. Michael has worked t...irelessly to defend patients and caregivers in court as well as dedicated a huge part of his life to the general well being of the state. He does this by making countless efforts in our states capital with legislators as well as by taking many cases to the Michigan Supreme Court. Michael has also claimed a major victory for our nephew in Federal Court regarding medical marijuana and the lack of funds available for federal authorities to arrest and prosecute patients here in MI. United States vs Neece. This is my third victory in Michigan against bogus marijuana felonies since I become legal in 2010. Michael's dedication and commitment as my attorney reached far beyond any normal attorney client relationship. I am an extremely passionate and involved client like no other. Michael expressed and displayed more compassion and patience than any professional should be expected to withstand. It is because he cares about us and the people here in Michigan like not other attorney I have ever met. Nobody can match Michael's mental capacity or showman skills when he is performing in court. I use those words intentionally because watching Michael work in person is nothing short of watching a mental powerhouse vs mental midgets in comparison. There are many wonderful attorneys here in MI but none will match the skills combined with love that Michael offered me as a client.
