Michael and his team were there for my son and I in our darkest moment. My son's mother was making horrible accusations against me and was not taking care of my son and he was in danger. He not only represented me during the divorce and custody battle, he fought for my son and I will be forever grate...ful to him for that. I now have primary custody of my child and she has been ordered to therapy and has limited time with my son due to her horrible and dangerous behavior. I hired Michael because I wanted the best, I not only got that but also someone who I consider a loyal, true friend. He fought for my son and freed him from a monster who abused him and tried to send me to prison with disgusting and horrible lies. Michael gave my son and I a new start at life, we owe him our lives, no joking.

If you want a lawyer who is going to fight for you and stand up to the judge on what’s right and what’s wrong, Michael and his associates are who you need and want. I had a complicated CPS case that started in Alabama and got transferred back to Michigan. My child was taken over my husband having can...nabis in the trunk of my car. It is illegal in Alabama but legal in Michigan but the Michigan court was trying to enforce Alabama’s harsh cannabis laws. Michael was not having it and argued a very strong argument, which in result changed the outcome of the hearing. The courts was absolutely not planning on returning my child at the beginning of the hearing but after Michael made his argument and pointed out the true facts and laws (he is so intelligent and swiftly with words) the courts had no choice but to rule in our favor. I have to include that as soon as the hearing started the court tried to throw some curve balls in saying they never received the motion to return child and that they would set another date for that motion but Michael still persisted to argue the motion and even challenged the court on statements they made. He is not scared of no judge and no prosecutor. He reads through every paper of your case and tears through every word of it. He is organized and on his top game. I walked into that court room with no hope of my son being returned to me yet (not bc of Michael but bc of what my case worker told me would happen) and now I sit writing this review 4 days later with my son crawling all over me at home. Michael and his associates will make sure you have the best defense you could ever ask for. I’m living proof.

Michael Komorn is a godsend. On January 14th, 2016 our 3 grandchildren were taken by CPS, and our daughter Jen was arrested. For 11 months we fought to get our grandchildren placed with us. Of course the homestudy was not approved. Jens court appointed lawyers did nothing to help her, but tell her t...o take a plea so she wouldn't permanently lose her kids. Jen was pregnant and sentencedo to a year in jail or until she has given birth. Again no help from her lawyers. Cps threatened to take her unborn child as well. We got in touch with Jeff Frazier who filled Michael Komorn in on the situation. When Jens baby was born cps came in at the 12 hour mark and stole the baby out of the room. We called Jeff, who called Michael. Court was set for 11:00 the next morning. The crew jumped in the car early the next morning and drove to Traverse City to help us out. Michael was able to do in one court hearing that 3 other lawyers could not do in 11 months. Jen is now getting all 4 of her kids back in record time. Thank you Michael Komorn and team.
