Eric J. Krause

Hired Mr. Krause after being charged with a sex crime. (He came recommended) He insisted he was experienced and he'd done cases like mine before. He never had. Anytime I called him asking for advise as my lawyer, he was annoyed, and most of the time wouldn't even answer me. He convinced me "if you do...n't plead guilty, the court will send you away for a long time for wasting their time." and I believed him. The day of the trail, even when the prosecutor was giving unsubstantiated speculation & accusations, he just sat there, didn't bother to object. this guy is the best. He helped me with an appeal to get my license back at a price that I could afford. I have referred him to other friends who were in the same situation. if he didn't help me, I wouldn't be able to drive to work. Mr. Krause help my son who was charged with drunk driving. I called him on a Sunday after my son was out of jail and I was able to speak with him that day (on a weekend) We met him for the first time at court and I was so relieved, he took care of my son's situation and kept him out of jail.
