Eric J. Krause

Hired Mr. Krause after being charged with a sex crime. (He came recommended) He insisted he was experienced and he'd done cases like mine before. He never had. Anytime I called him asking for advise as my lawyer, he was annoyed, and most of the time wouldn't even answer me. He convinced me "if you do...n't plead guilty, the court will send you away for a long time for wasting their time." and I believed him. The day of the trail, even when the prosecutor was giving unsubstantiated speculation & accusations, he just sat there, didn't bother to object. After the trial, my family asked if there was any chance for an appeal. His answer was "He doesn't stand a snowballs chance in hell for an appeal. Quite frankly, I wouldn't want anyone like him living near me" (One of my appeals was granted a few months later, through a different lawyer) I ended up with a prison sentence 3 times longer than others I have encountered charged with the same crime.

this guy is the best. He helped me with an appeal to get my license back at a price that I could afford. I have referred him to other friends who were in the same situation. if he didn't help me, I wouldn't be able to drive to work. I call him anytime that I have a legal question and he is always ...available to talk.
