Michael Jaafar

I hired Michael to fight a traffic ticket for me. He told me he would go to court for me and contact me afterwards. In my opinion, after he took my money he became very bad at communicating. After my hearing, Michael didn't let me know I needed to follow up with the court and make a payment. His cor...respondence falsely made things appear all was well and done. This caused me unnecessary harm. In my opinion, Michael is not a competent attorney.

mike went up against an overzealous prosecutor to defend me in a criminal sexual conduct case. he showed my accuser to be a liar, and won the case at trial with very little preparation. my old lawyer told me i had to plead guilty, or he would lose the case. i fired him, and hired mike at the last min...ute. mike was aggressive, clever, and fearless. he bullied the prosecutor around, and got his way. i'll never use another lawyer again. mike is like the lawyer's you grow up watching on tv and in movies.

The first 4 lawyers we spoke to were all intimidated by our case because it posed some really complex questions. they all told us that it would be an uphill battle, and that they would be "behind the eight ball on it." when we spoke to mike, he said the same thing, but that made him MORE eager to ta...ke our case. he filed it immediately, and fought like a bulldog against the trustee's. having him as our lawyer made us feel as though WE were finally in control. this guy is one tough cookie. i would recommend him to anyone who wants to actually win.
