I hired Sara for an immigration case. Things went very quick and smooth for the filing process. When it came to follow ups and request for new information, she was not familiar with the immigration requirements from the country my wife was transitioning from. Sara hired a translator for the immigrat...ion interview that was totally incompetent. The translator was removed from the meeting by the immigration officer after not following instructions 3 times. The interview was rescheduled and Sara wanted to charge an additional $600 to attend the interview. The interview was terminated due to the incompetent translator that Sara hired! Sara refused to accept any accountability for the translator she hired. Thankfully, we terminated her services and did the interview on our own. During the interview officer told us how they sent letters to our attorney for additional information and she failed to respond. They almost dismissed our case due to Sara's lack of response. Having fired Sara was our only saving grace. The officer was a bit sympathetic since Sara was not present. Thankfully, after pleading with the officer, he finally did approve the case. If we had to refile, it requires all new filing fees and medical. This would have been about $2500!
