Meghan Schuler Todd

Meghan provided my wife and I with a complete set of documents which one needs for the end of life decisions and directions. She also provided clearly written instructions with our document package (in a notebook) so the next steps we needed to make were not to be forgotten as soon as we left her of...fice. We appreciated her answering all of our questions very clearly and without talking down to us, during the initial meeting, subsequent meetings and for any emailed question. She also offered at the last meeting to continue answering questions about our documents, if any should arise. None have, so haven't tested it, yet. Meghan is a friendly, easy to talk to, normal person. My wife and I felt completely relaxed and comfortable in her presence. She also demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of the estate planning process with detailed information for literally every paragraph we wondered about and how it will help us when the documents are being used. We highly recommend Meghan to anyone seeking an attorney for the estate planning process.

Meghan was very informative and pateince throughout the entire process. Meghan answered all of my questions and explained the details knowing that I did not understand the the legal terms. There are two things that I would recommend. The first is to offer 2 binders of the paperwork. If I had a notar...ized copy of a second will and trust, then If one was destroyed or lost, I would have a backup copy. The second is that when you put a trust on your auto titles, there is a sales tax when it is sold, this is per the explaination from the secretary of state office. But over all, Meghan did an outstanding job. I would recommend her in the future.
