She reviewed the entire contract (line by line), pointed out the language that concerned her (in addition to the wording that initially concerned me, she found ...additional language that needed to be changed), and provided clear guidance on what the contract should say to protect me. After requesting these revisions with the seller, the seller agreed to amend the contract. I was elated and relieved at the same time as her assistance helped resolve a stressful, urgent matter that I couldn't have done by myself.
