Bob was my lawyer in a civil matter (personal injury claim) in an out-of-state court. He provided his view on what might happen next when asked, without being too speculative or unreasonably optimistic (There was no "it'll all be fine"--it was more like "here's what wer'e hoping for, here's what we're going to do to try and achieve that outcome, and here's what we do next"). I appreciated his candor and patience, and he led my case to a very reasonable outcome. Bob's communication by phone and email was consistent, and mattered a great deal to me, as I live out-of-state. He was both personable and professional, which instilled me with confidence that my interests were being well-represented.
