Mr. Janks is an incredibly competent, responsive, and knowledgable attorney. He alleviated all my fears while keeping me updated on all proceedings and possible outcomes in an expedited manner. This allowed me the autonomy to make the best decisions based on those outcomes. I trusted his knowledge a...nd expertise. There were nights I would send or receive an email and he responded almost immediately. Any time I had to contact him via telephone, he was almost always available and if he wasn't, would get back to me as soon as possible. I never had to wait for his response to any of my questions. Mr. Janks was patient when he needed to explain the legal proceedings and allowed me the privilege of asking any question without judgement. He utilized very knowledgable and unbiased expert witnesses that uncovered areas in my case that I was not aware were jeopardized in my prior legal case. I was able to witness Mr. Janks in the courtroom during motions filed early in the process. He conducted himself in the utmost professional manner and utilized his knowledge to keep the defense from having the case thrown out.
