WARNING WARNING!! READ THIS BEFORE HIRING DAVID SEBASTIAN OR THE GOLDMAN AND ASSOCIATES FIRM My son contacted the Goldman and associates law firm for help with my son's Divorce, they have over 4 star reviews unfortunately we did not look at the 1 star reviews, almost all are people stating they were... ripped off. Now it holds true for me as well. My son originally filed for the divorce with David Sebastian/Goldman and associates. That's about as far as it goes. on the first hearing with the referee. My sons attorney basically just sat there while the other Attorney was lying through his teeth David basically did nothing to defend my son even when he was supplied with documentation to prove that this other attorney was lying. So my son immediately voiced his concerns to David, two days later goldman and associates/David withdrew from my son's case after charging us over $7,300 my son has called to get a refund and no one has returned his calls.. My son is disabled and it's hard for him to work and make money. Stealing from a disabled person How low can you stoop? I reached out to Goldman and associates and told them I wanted my money returned but agreed to pay them $3500 for them filing for the divorce, in return they offered me a lousy $2300. I did not take it. I will contest the charges at my bank. I will be filing complaints with the better business bureau the attorney general and the michigan bar association! So be warned if you select Goldman and associates or David Sebastian better read all the 1 star reviews first, also check the google reviews and yelp reviews.
