I got divorced 2016 so that I could provide the children and myself with a better life, so I thought. Since I’ve been divorced, I’ve had more communications with my ex, via motions, then we did during our marriage. I felt that I was in a vicious cycle where I was constantly advocating for my children and myself, but was getting nowhere, but broke. I felt that the court system was a monopoly. I was going to be in this perpetual vicious cycle until my youngest graduated high school (in 5 ½ years). As I spoke to Catrina, I was in disbelief not only on how she heard me but listened. I was completely amazed by Catrina’s energy and her responses to my questions. I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming that such a compassionate person could also be so assertive, ambitious, and fierce. Catrina perseverance was reflected in my last hearing. I finally had an indefatigable attorney advocating and representing me. My only regret is that I wish I found her sooner.

I was interviewing a few attorneys to represent me in my divorce after 12 years of marriage. On the other side she was also extremely fair and up front. If our side had exposure to items she kept it real and didn’t set me up for disappointment. It’s like she knew exactly what to expect abd had me aware going in. As a business owner all my life I’m used to micro managing people in my employee and she was able to manage me and not allow me to hurt myself. She’s headstrong prepared and will fight for you no doubt. I didn’t get the feeling this was just another case to her. When I was on the clock it was MY time. That’s another thing about Catrina. She never once over billed me. Her rates are fair and I truly believe ANY other attorney would have ended up at least 20% higher in attorney fees I have nothing negative to say about Catrina. I really felt like I had my back covered completely. Which to me cutting down on my anxiety and concerns is priceless

Catrina is great, she was available when needed and responded to calls and emails timely. Catrina is extremely knowledgeable; a spitfire when she needed to be and really applied herself to ensuring my case was being handled fairly.
