DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!!!!

This man is just as much a part of the corrupt system as the county counsel and minors counsel who are seeking to rip your family apart. He will claim that his close relationships with the people in this court will be a benefit to your case. Don't be fooled! This will be to your detriment. He will pl...ay attorney, while he pads his bill with unneaseaary phone communication that he claims is because he truly cares about you and wants to be your friend and counselor. He is also a prolific letter writer sending pages and pages of letters to the various people involved in your case. None of which they will actually read. All of this is used to pad his bill. He will suck you dry financially and when you attempt to curtail his extra activities he will become enraged. It is at this point the relationship stops being attorney client and becomes adversarial. Once this turn occurs he will begin to attempt to manipulate and even bully you into settlement. He will continue to refuse to fight for you but actually take a position of sabotage. He made it clear that he will not jeopardize his relationship with any of his colleagues for ANY client. What that means is he will not say or do anything that will make them angry. He is ethically bankrupt and has no business representing anyone. One of the previous reviews I saw stated that he was a minors counsel in that case. This seems very much like a conflict of interest. Either you are a defense attorney or your attorney for the departments interest. Do not hire this man especially if your innocent. He will not fight for you, he will be hard pressed to keep the facts of your case straight, and his goal will be to avoid trial. My family has paid and continue to pay for this mans incompetency and failure. I would not even give him 1 star.
