Responsive, Professional, Courteous

I hired Mr. Metzen to take care of my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case (first time filer) and found the process to be relatively painless through him. He was responsive to all of my inquiries, and he filed the necessary documents in a timely fashion to the satisfaction of the court.
