Todd R. Perkins

Mr. Perkins agreed to work on my families behalf. We signed a retainer and then he said he would not begin working on the case until he was given more money, (prior to the date we agreed the next payment would be). After giving him the additional money he let my case sit idle. When Mr. Perkins was... paid in full he instantly changed the game plan and advised that a plea be taken. Prior to that, we were going to trial. I had to hire new counsel. I phoned Mr. Perkins requesting my money back and he told me what he didn't spend he gave to his now deceased law associate. I do not recommend Mr. Perkins. He appears to be more concerned with collecting money than ensuring his clients their best interest is a concern of his. In my opinion, he demonstrated the character of a person who values money over the concern for the people who hire him. PS he's frequently late.
