Some extremely concerning practices
Retained attorneys services through multiple applications. Unfortunately she refused to share all details of forms and applications with me, but wanted me to sign them blindly. Replied last September 14, 2023All forms and applications are reviewed by all clients prior to submission-there are no exceptions. No one signs applications blindly as it is not permitted by firm policy. The only negative outcome we have received as of late is due to the fact a client misrepresented their background.
