Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Pre-law from Michigan State University in 2009, with Honors. Lindsey attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating Magna Cum Laude and in the top 2% of her class. At TMCLS, Lindsey received the Certificate of Merit Award in Research and Writing for outstanding academic achievement. She was also awarded the Atticus Finch Award by her peers for exemplary professional conduct. Lindsey served as the Vice President of the Criminal Law Society at TMCLS and as a Senior Associate Editor on the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review.
