Born and raised in Metro-Detroit, attorney Hadi A. Harp moved to Los Angeles to begin his legal career at UCLA School of Law. Since begining practice, Hadi's focus has been on counseling start-ups, small to mid-size businesses, and entrepreneurs in the areas of business, corporate, tax and real estate law.
