David Patrick Miller

David P. Miller is a shareholder with Clayson, Schneider & Miller, PC (f/k/a Schneider Miller, PC). David joined the firm as a law clerk in 2014, and has been with the firm since. David handles cases for Chapter 7, 11 and 13 individual and small business proceedings, creditors, and Chapter 7 panel trustees.

David graduated from Michigan State University in 2012 with a Bachelors of the Arts in English, and cognate studies in Sociology and Political Science. David went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 2015. While in law school, David worked at both the Legal Advocacy for People with Cancer Clinic and the Disability Law Clinic as a Student Intern, as well as participated in the Student Trial Advocacy Program.

Prior to joining the firm, David worked as a Judicial Intern for the United State Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, as well as a Law Clerk clerk for the Law Offices of Berndt & Associates, PC, a creditor's rights and collection firm. David is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, Detroit Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, and Consumer Bankruptcy Association.
