Attorney did not help with specific slip and fall claim he was hired for in Michigan on January, 2000.. Lawyer left claim a couple of years later instead of helping to obtain proper benefits and entitled benefits as should. Hired another attorney for WC benefits too, but he did about the same as well.... My parent: health and finanacial conditions has gotten worse while received limited or improper medical treatment and support from doctors' offices along with poor government aid for many years. Employer as well failed to be responsible and correct their errors as needed to, they let my mother (since 1/2000) on SSI alone as they originally suggested instead of paying for their intentional mistakes, which based on what happened at work and their responsibilites is not a fair or right act at all. Both lawyers cared less to correct this situation as needed, and have experienced severe discomfort and unfair treament after filing for benetfits for logically entitled claims that should have been valid and entitled to be received based on what happened. Due to this among other issues, my personal and family health, fiancial and medical condition has gotten worse as well as to date received limited help and support!
