Harrison W. Munson

Munson Harrison did a HORRIBLE job on my case. I paid him a $2,000 retainers fee and he probably exhausted about $300 before he gave up on the case. he gave me all these promises. "I definitely will be able to get your child support down to about $140" i am now paying $480 "i will definitely ...be able to get you full legal and physical custody" i got neither. Those were the main things. We lost... every... single... thing we fought for. Its not that we just lost the case, its he didnt try. He turned in paper work late. Twice he had to beg the courts to allow him to turn in paper work after the 21 day deadline. i had to chase him down to get info about my case. He never called me until i called him. He admitted to not taking my case seriously. i would receive paper work and not know what it means and ask him to explain things to me and he had a real problem with it. Munson Harrison is a straight thief. Do not trust him.

I made a huge mistake and knew I needed to come clean and pay the price. I explained the situation to Mr. Munson who was able to contact the prosecutor and work out an agreement to keep me out of jail. While we were in court the Judge told me that I was lucky to have Mr. Munson as my attorney. H...e told me that any other lawyer would have just had me plead guilty and let the chips fall. Mr. Munson worked hard to make sure that I did not go to jail made sure that I was able to keep my job.
