Met with Mr Trahey who I was actually referred to. He treated me condescendingly and there was zero communication unless I pressed for it. Timing delays caused extra paperwork and time on both sides. Mr. Trahey didn't even respond to the initial case so I was fighting a pending default judgement. I a...greed to the fee then heard nothing. Later I found out it was up to me to call and pay first. He never send instruction after I agreed to the fee. Then he wanted additional fee above the flat rate he first quoted. Charges $50 just to read a simple email. You will be sorry if you use this lawyer

I was impressed with the attorney. He was knowledgeable about the law and different scenario's regarding my custody case. The support staff kept me informed on upcoming events and documents reviewed, from start to finish and if there was a question unanswered I would receive a response by the next ...day.
