While I have not had the pleasure of working with him yet, he was assigned to my case & when I missed a court date I continuously tried to walk in and see the judge. Nobody in the court house was helpful, not even willing to help. So I reached out to Mr. Bogard & he got back to me within hours with e...verything resolved, a new court date, and the warrant lifted, something I tried doing for months prior.

I was gifted with the pleasure of meeting with Mr.Bogard in regards of being sued for a situation I was stuck in and unfortunately I was feeling defeated until I had a consultation with Mr.Bogard. When I met with him to discuss the situation, he made me feel confident and explained everything in a w...ay I would understand. He answered every question I presented to him during the consultation efficiently and professionally. I truly didn't understand what to do, but he made everything so comfortable and positive as much as possible with given my situation. During the case of mine he was presented with, he stayed in contact with me and explained every step he was going to take and broke each step down. He also explained each step I needed to take as well; I myself asked several times trying to understand what I had to execute. He was patient with me. He kept up with my case and followed up with the my case details as well as myself. My case ended in a VERY POSITIVE note. He was able to completely settle with a company I was dealing with in which was a struggle from day one until I hired Mr. Bogard. I can't explain enough how grateful I am to have met with him. He is very professional, efficient and went above and beyond for my case. I will always recommend Mr.Bogard. I just want to thank you for your time that you have shared with me and my case to ensure I was satisfied. You changed an outcome for me I would of never been able to handle myself.
