Brittany Thompson was completely incompetent to represent me in my father’s wrongful death suit . She based her arguments on erroneous assumptions about the case without even looking at the case file. I received opposing counsel’s response 2 days before we were scheduled to appear in court. When I ...made it clear her arguments were invalid she insisted they were. We severed ties two days before the hearing. Yet, she showed up in court. The judge and other attorney told her her arguments were not valid and that she had not filed the paperwork necessary to even appear before the court. Then she attempted to charge me for her appearance even though our retainer agreement had ended. She embarrassed herself in court and me for choosing her as counsel. Don’t waste your time with her. You will regret it!
