Updated Review:** I initially gave this attorney 5 stars, but my experience has drastically changed. On November 1st, I received an email stating, *"No need to talk to Stephanie anymore or request any funds; their attorneys know to process your deposit back. Have a great weekend!"* This led m...e to believe the matter was resolved. However, after the 15-day legal window, I only received a $60 check, leaving no time to address any issues. When I reached out, the attorney denied giving certain advice and stated, *"I never told you to not return a fan remote. I would never tell you or any client to not return property that belongs to their landlord."* They then informed me they could no longer assist and suggested I seek another attorney. This lack of follow-through and accountability has caused unnecessary stress. While they were helpful at first, the outcome and handling of the situation were disappointing. ---
