Mr. Smith represented my husband and started out as a court appointed attorney. I found him to be pleasant, understanding of our needs, and quite knowledgeable. I later hired him again for my husbands parole assistance. He is currently working on this for me and goes out of the way to return my ca...lls, and works very hard to assist my husband. If I ever need an attorney I would definitely hire him again. He goes out of his way to help his clients and is very caring. I feel completely confident that he will get the job done and has put my concerns to rest. He is an outstanding, very professional attorney who looks out for his clients! He has done a fantastic job for us.

I hired Mr. Smith for a few miscellaneous legal mattersand he is the most personable, honest, and understanding lawyer I've ever met. Lawyers usually make me nervous or stressed out and he explained everything in a way I could understand. I would refer him to anyone. Hopefully I won't have anymore le...gal matters, but if I do he's my number one choice.

He took my case regarding a tenant / landlord issue. He never returned a call for an entire year. Took my money but never put an ounce of work into it. After I finally made an appointment as a new client he saw me. I made him give me my money back for court cost but everything else I was out. Sa...id he would give me credit. He will never represent me or anyone I know, ever. Buyer beware. Picture perfect shyster. A huge waste.

This guy worked a plea for my son (court ap) that's 2 x longer than the PSI recommended. He couldn't provide file in it's entirety. His office has little to no resources for even a photocopy. He claims that he does not have his copy of the PSI. I guess safe to say unorganized. Moved very slowly, mon...ths of postponements. Very little contact with my son in jail. Would not cooperate with family members that had questions/concerns. Maybe he really didn't know the answers. Always late for court and never informed my son of what was going on. Poor communications skills and does not return calls. I was trying to teach my son a lesson by not bailing him out with an experienced private attorney. I learned the lesson. Mr. Smith works all these court appointed cases for a reason. I wouldn't recommend him for anyone at all for any reason whatsoever.
