Carlo handles all types of family law matters including typical as well as complex and high-conflict divorces, legal separation and custody disputes.  He represents clients in disputes over, custody, child support, spousal support, parenting time, paternity, high-end asset division, including business and stock option valuation,  pension division, and post judgment issues, including those for modification and/or enforcement of the Court’s Orders, contempt proceedings, enforcement or challenging Pre-Nuptial Agreements and change of domicile.
