Had a free consultation on Tuesday, 6/4. He was engaging, positive, and gave me hope about a parental alienation issue I have had for several years. I had a hearing coming up on 7/10 and really needed this representation. I asked about the cost and he assured me that we could work out a monthly payme...nt plan and what I would need to put down. He told me to wait for the contract before I gave him the down payment and said he would email me a contract by that Friday. Got nothing. Emailed several times the next week and called a couple times. No response. Talked with the secretary and she said I could make a payment but had no response to the lack of a contract. Emailed a couple more times and left a voicemail. No response. Called on the 24th of June and left another voicemail. No response. Thanks for nothing. Will find another attorney that will be a little more caring. No communication.

At first i was very comfortable with him, he even considered give me a discount, but when i received his paperwork to hire him i noticed the amounts were different then discussed ( make sure you get a email with the price agreed, that would be your proof), I communicated with him about the amount and... he got very defensive and just wanted to walk away, i had many questions but he seemed to have issues in responding, also when i questioned a old review about him not being responsive he again was very defensive and said i should find someone else. I don’t recommend him for my own experiences but im sure different ppl have different feelings about him.

I hired Ronald Bruce from another state to help me with my families probate case after my father's death in 2014. While he sat and did nothing for the first 4 months, another family member sold the house and all of the belongings while I waited to hear something from RB. I received my retainer fe...e refund from RB after I hired a different attorney and also promised to file a complaint with the Attorney Grievance Commission. He cost me a lot of personal property, time and stress while undergoing breast cancer treatments. The only good thing that I can say is that he was smart enough to send my money back. RUN!

Hired this "supposed" attorney" May 2013 to file a lawsuit. 7 months later in Dec. 2013 he went to court and the lawsuit was dismissed and he agreed with the other side to take it to arbitration. He has strung me along for 21 months now saying it is in arbitration. Many times I have to email him 3 o...r 4 times and 2 days in a row just to get a ridiculous answer. He has always said he is waiting for the arbitrators to make a final decision. Now for the last 2 months I have sent 9 emails and he has not responded to any of them. He won't even tell me if he is working on my case or not when I write and ask him. I have requested my file from him which I am legally entitled to but he won't respond to that or give it to me. I have made that request in 3 emails and once in the phone to his office. No response. As it turns out after much research on my own I found out he lied. He NEVER did even file the arbitration at all. 2 years and my money is wasted. I have now had to file a complaint with the Attorney Grievance Commission. Nothing but lies and incompetence here. My. mistake was not looking at reviews before hiring him. Now looking at them I see the pattern. I also used him for a probate last year only because he was supposedly handeling this case. Another mistake. In my opinion I was severly overcharged for what turned out to be an informal probate. Something I could have done on my own and he charged several thousand dollars. Take some good advice. RUN.
