We hired Mr. Bruce to handle a chapter 7 bankruptcy. At the time we were fairly satisfied although he was hard to contact for any questions we had. After the bankruptcy was over we found out that he had not reaffirmed out mortgage as we had requested. This was not what we wanted at all.
