David C. Brunell

David Brunell was hired to oversee and execute a will and estate of a passed family member. It is over a year since the passing and we still do not have proper documentation or accounting or several other things we should have at this point. Do to David's lack of communication we were forced to hire ...another attorney just to follow up with this attorney. Very unresponsive and takes forever to follow up with anything. Constant excuse after excuse why things are not done in the time frame they were supposed to be. Very unprofessional and very inefficient.

If I could give this firm particularly this attorney zero Stars I would. The communication is zero, does not return emails or phone calls . On the initial call he was very arrogant telling us how much he cost per hour and not to take up too much of his time . If you are working on an estate for you...r family I would suggest looking somewhere else. During difficult times this is the last thing that anyone should have to deal with. After not seeing any documentation that we should have received and still have not received for over 6 months, we were told to have our attorney send him a letter which is exactly the route I am already going. I just figured, like a decent human being I would give him the benefit of the doubt. Again if you want to avoid the hassle of dealing with something like this I would choose a different attorney.
