My case in particular was regarding an estate\ will. Victoria helped me a lot. I was going through it emotionally & her genuine spirit guided me along the way. I thanked her for being so patient. I had a family member pass in 2020 during the pandemic & everything was delayed! I’m just now getting paperwork from the state in 2023. Outstanding estate planning expertise

Often when working with an expert on complex topics like legal matters, your confidence and comfort come from that expert articulating detail in a way that even a high schooler can understand. Victoria is a master of her craft but and does an amazing job of making the complex simple. She sets you at ease by boiling down the details and focusing on the items that truly matter, taking the time to address questions thoughtfully while offering best practices based on your unique situation. We had to stop and start the process and at no point did we feel like she was getting impatient or trying to push us to finalize our end of the prep work needed to complete our estate plan, yet when we were ready, she responded immediately. Honest, Direct, Compassionate, Efficient, Professiona

On July 29, 2021, I contacted Ms. Sloan for a phone consultation. She explained why, for my situation, what I wanted to do would not be a good use of my time and money. She suggested a more direct and appropriate approach which just so happens to require zero cost. In my opinion, the person(s) at the firm who hired her are to be commended. Lawyers often get a bad rap, but Ms. Sloan does not fit the negative stereotype. I would not hesitate to retain her services.

A Caring Attorney

I was drawn to Victoria Sloan because of all the positive reviews on her. My husband passed away. She handled his account/estate without a beneficiary which went to probate. Victoria was sooo good in taking care of everything. She is an excellent attorney and a good person with a personality plus.

My sister and I wish we could have given her 10 stars!

Victoria helped my sister and me with our parents trust. They left their home to the two of us and my sister wanted to buy my portion. What we found to be so helpful, is that Victoria did not talk down to us and we probably asked a million questions. She was patient, thorough and considerate about our time & finances. We had interviewed 2 or 3 other lawyers in the past and had headaches when we left their offices so we neglected this issue for many years. Just dreading it. Anyone who is nervous about lawyers should go see Victoria. She gives lawyers a good name.

Victoria is compassionate, knowledgeable, and diligent

When my mother died almost 1000 miles away from us without a will, we had no idea what to do or what was required of us. Victoria took the time to explain the process to me and held my hand the entire way. Victoria was kind and extremely considerate.
