Frank was incredibly professional and thorough. I hired Frank to assist me in having the state of Michigan release a "hold" on my license. I made some mistakes as a young man, and 10 years down the road, I was living in a different state and ready to put my past behind me. Even with the hurdles posed... by Covid, changes to the court system and the postal service, Frank was able to help me navigate the courts and successfully obtain my license. Frank spent a lot of time looking through my documents and ensuring everything was in order before submitting, and although it was a lot of work, it alleviated stress during the actual submission process. 10/10 highly recommend!

I live in Tampa Florida, I went to renew my drivers license at the DMV here when I was told that I could not renew the license until I cleared a revocation in MI. I went to the MI/SOS website, it stated you don’t necessarily need an attorney to get your license revocation cleared. The small print sa...ys if your review is denied you must wait a year before you can resubmit another. My first review was denied, a year later the second review was denied, another year later I sent an appeal, scheduled the live closed circuit interview spent three hundred dollars to rent the room and cameras. Got the letter from MI over a month later stating the appeal was also denied with no reason given. I remembered a MI attorney that had helped me previously with a case before moving to FL, that attorney was Mr Frank Ford. I called Mr Ford and explained my circumstances to him and he decided to take my case. He made it abundantly clear what I should expect with his representation. The maticulessness of every document from the form 257, the letters of support, the doctors letters, to what every questions answer should be, and how it should be phrased punctuated or capitalized. The process of getting a revocation in MI cleared is a long an argues one, but there is not another person or attorney I would choose to represent me in this journey then Mr Frank Ford. I explained to Me. Ford that I had to decide between two bad options: 1) pleading guilty to a minor misdemeanor (allowing an unlicensed driver to operate a vehicle/0 points) and have the speeding ticket dismissed or 2) plead guilty to the speeding ticket (2 points)and have the driving while licen...se suspended (DWLS) dismissed To make matters worse, it was 2:30 p.m. and I was to meet with the prosecutor the next morning. Mr. Ford said that though he had court appointments that morning and couldn't represent me, he did advise the following: - Ask the prosecutor to reduce the speeding infraction to an impeding traffic citation, thus avoiding the 2 points that would go on my driving record. He said to tell the prosecutor that I need to drive for a living and that any abstractable offense - like the speeding ticket - would result in the SOS suspending my license for at least 30 days. - If the prosecutor days no, then ask for an adjournment and that Frank Ford would be representing me. Initially, he did say no, so I mentioned Mr. Ford's name and after a couple of minutes of reading through my driving record, the prosecutor agreed to dismissed the DWLS and amend the speeding ticket to an impeding traffic ticket. Without Mr. Ford's advice, I'd have a misdemeanor on my record. Thanks for your wisdom on the matter Mr. Ford!

I called frank to get a complicated out of state drivers license restoration done for me. He is very honest and has a great reputation with the hearing officers. If you are looking to cheat the system frank is not for you. But that is why he is so respected and if he decides to work with you there's... a really good chance that you WILL get your privlages back. He is very thourough and won't leave any stone unturned. I interviewed all the top lawyers for this matter and even worked with a few briefly. You won't be disappointed I highly recommend him.
