This attorney created at quit claim deed to take a home away from an elderly 81 year old widow. The home was on the market, but while her realtor was processing the title, it was discovered that there was a quit claim deed on the property. The client for this deed was Reunion Properties, the compa...ny of the attorney's former wife. The home was priced over 300k, but he gave the elderly homeowner 2k and had her sign the deed. She was unaware of what she was signing. She now has to pay the attorney rent just to stay in the home she formerly owned. Cautionary tale: if you are unsure of what a document is, DO NOT SIGN IT. And please avoid this person. He appears to prey upon elderly homeowners.
