قمت بتوكيل الشرنوبي لتقديم ومتابعة معاملة لمّ الشمل لزوجتي وفيزة زياره، وتم الاتفاق على مبلغ شامل حتى مرحلة دخول الزوجة إلى أمريكا واصر محمد الشرنوبي بدفع كامل المبلغ قبل البدء بالمعامله وقد دفعت المبلغ كامل حتى مبلغ اجور ترجمة بعض المستندات سلم محمد الشرنوبي القضيه الى امينه الشرنوبي لمتابعة المع...املة وكانت تتأخر وتماطل بالرد لفترات طويلة ونظرا لعدم تواجداها بالمكتب تم التواصل مع المكتب( احمد ) بعد تاخير التقديم لاكثر من ٥ اشهر لابلاغهم بالتاخير في تقديم المعامله كان اسلوبه سيئآ، عندها طلبت التكلم مع محمد الشرنوبي وبدوره قام الدفاع عن ااولاده بحجج غير مبرره وتعهد بالاهتمام بالمعامله وقام بتسليمها الى ادهم الشرنوبي الذي للأسف لم يكن أفضل حالاً. كان ينسى تفاصيل المعاملة وليس عنده خبره . أدهم عرض تقديم طلب تسريع للمعاملة مقابل مبلغ إضافي، ودفعت المبلغ بالكامل، لكن بعد عدة أشهر اكتشفت أن الطلب لم يتم تقديمه أصلًا، حسب تأكيد USCIS بعد تواصلي المباشر معهم. ولم يقدم اي دليل رغم مطالبتي المتكرره يرقم تاكيد الطلب للأسف، لا يتم إعلامك بأي تحديث إلا إذا اتصلت أنت وحتى عند المتابعة يتم تجاهلك لفترات طويلة. ناهيك عن الاسلوب السيء وبعض التجاوزات عند الموظفين عند التكلم مع المكتب ومثال على ذلك منال خلاصة تجربتي: التعامل مع هذا المكتب مضيعة للوقت والمال، ولا يوجد اهتمام بقضايا الموكلين أو التزام بالاتفاق. وهذا ملخص معاناتي لمدة ٢٠ شهرا مع مكتب الشرنوبي I authorized Alsharnoby to handle and follow up on a family petition (I-130) application for my wife, as well as a visitor visa. We agreed on a total amount to cover the process until my wife’s arrival in the U.S., and Mohamed Alsharnoby insisted on receiving full payment before starting the application. I paid the full amount, including fees for translating certain documents. Mohamed Alsharnoby then handed the case over to Amina Alsharnoby to follow up, but she was consistently slow to respond and delayed the process for long periods. Since she was frequently absent from the office, I contacted the Alsharnoby team , Ahmed, after more than 5 months of delay. His attitude was very poor ، i asked them to speak with Mohamed Alsharnoby directly. Instead of addressing the problem, he defended his family members with unjustified excuses. He promised to handle the case personally and then passed it to Adham Alsharnoby , who, unfortunately, was no better. Adham often forgot details of the case and clearly lacked experience. He offered to submit an expedited request for an additional fee, which I paid in full. However, after several months, I contacted USCIS directly and was informed that no expedite request had ever been submitted. Despite repeated requests, he never provided any proof or confirmation number for the expedite request. Unfortunately, I was never updated unless I personally reached out, and even then, I was frequently ignored for long periods. In addition, some of the staff at the office displayed unprofessional behavior—especially Manal , who was disrespectful during communication. Summary of my experience: Dealing with this office was a waste of time and money. There was no real concern for the clients' cases, and no commitment to the agreement. This is a summary of My suffering 20-month with the Alsharnoby office.

I had an unfortunate experience with attorney Mohamed Ahmed Elsharnoby. Unfortunately, my interactions with him were far from satisfactory. I found his services to be inadequate, both in terms of professionalism and effectiveness. Firstly, the quality of work provided was notably subpar. Despite t...he substantial fees paid, the legal services did not meet the expected standards. There were consistent delays and lack of clear communication regarding the progress of my case. This led to unnecessary stress and frustration. Additionally, I encountered issues with the handling of my case that raised concerns about ethical practices. There were instances where the actions taken seemed questionable, leaving me with a sense that my interests were not being properly represented. This raised doubts about the integrity and legality of the practices employed. Given my experience, I cannot recommend Mohamed Ahmed Elsharnoby’s services. I would advise potential clients to proceed with caution and consider seeking alternative legal representation to avoid similar issues.
