Heather Marie Gosnick

In 2005 through 2009 I was employed with a company based out of Virginia. In 2007 the company had fallen behind on their federal employment taxes exceeding $1M. In 2008-2009 I had a surgery that went awry and spent 43 days in ICU and had 18 follow-up surgeries. During this time the company had convin...ced the IRS to hold me as a liable party for over $500,000 in back taxes for the company debt. To my surprise I received a letter from the IRS stating that I was indeed a responsible party.
